Q. I forgot my password. How can I fix it?
A. From the Login page, press the "Forgot Password" button. Enter your email address and press the "Send Reset Link" button. If you have a verified user account, an automated email will be sent to your email address with a link you can click on to reset your password.
Q. How do I delete an account for a person who is no longer with the company?
A. From the Personnel page, click the Trash can icon in the Action column for that user and then press Save.
Q. My user account was linked to multiple stations, but one of those stations is no longer available in the station dropdown on the Home page. How do I fix this?
A. User accounts can be linked to multiple stations, however, if a station that it was linked to is no longer appearing in the station dropdown on the Home page, it may mean that the user account was deleted from that station. You may need another active user at that station to add your email address to the Personnel page for that station.
Q. When a user account is linked to multiple stations, if it gets deleted from one station, does it get deleted from all linked stations?
A. No. While a user account can be linked to multiple stations so that the same login information can be used to sign on to more than one station, if the user account gets deleted from a station, it only gets deleted from that one station, and it remains active for any other stations it is linked to.
Q. I received an automated email address with a link, but when I clicked it, it didn't work. Why?
A. Account links sent via email remain active for 24 hours. If the link has expired, you may need to have an active user at your station press the "Send Activation or Reset" button to send you a new activation email. If you have already verified your account, you can press the "Forgot Password" button on the Login page to re-initiate the process of resetting your password.
Q. I am an affiliate for multiple networks. Can I use the same user account that I created for one network's website with a different network's website?
A. No. Each network website is separate and requires separate user accounts.
Q. How do I log out?
A. Click the initials in the upper left corner. This brings up a small menu with a logout option at the bottom that you can click to log out. You can also simply close your browser window when you are finished.
