Home Page FAQ
Q. What does it mean if a week shows as "overdue"?
A. When a week displays as "overdue" that means the affidavit information has not been completely posted for that week and that the week date is past a certain period of time as configured by the network. To remove the overdue indicator, ensure all spots for that week have been updated and submitted.
Q. What does the count of overdue weeks on the Home page mean?
A. The Overdue Week count is a count of the total number of affidavit weeks that are overdue. For example, if it shows four weeks are overdue, it means there are four affidavit weeks that are overdue (it does not mean there is an affidavit that is four weeks overdue).
Q. What is a "vehicle"?
A. A "vehicle" is any program, event, network, etc., that has can have spots that air.
Q. Why is there a vehicle that has Affidavit weeks available but there is no "Logs and Audio" button for it?
A. There is a setting that can be configured by the network to suppress the "Logs and Audio" button for a vehicle. When this setting is used, the "Logs and Audio" button is not shown but the Affidavit can still be posted.
Q. Why is there a vehicle that shows makegoods are "Not Allowed" on the Home page?
A. There is a vehicle setting that can be configured by the network to allow or disallow makegoods. If the vehicle is set to disallow makegoods, then the Home page shows makegoods are not allowed.
Q. What are "missed spots"?
A. These are spots marked as "not aired" that have not been assigned a makegood spot or "bypassed" (the "bypass" feature is optional and may not be present on all systems).
Q. My user account is linked to multiple stations. How do I switch to another station?
A. If your user account is linked to multiple stations, you can switch between stations using the station dropdown at the top of the Home page. The station you are currently logged in to will be shown at the top of each page of the website, however, you can only switch stations from the Home page. If your user account is only linked to one station, then there will be no station dropdown and only that one station will be shown at the top of the page.
